- Second Chef

We are looking for a full-time second chef for an immediate start.
You will deputise for, and work alongside, the head chef. You will be able to work alone as well as alongside a kitchen assistant. As part of a small team you will play an active role in the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment. You will be able to multi-task, including preparation work during service.
Other main responsibilities:
- Communication with front of house staff
- Creation of daily specials
- Ordering and stock rotation
- Food hygiene

- Waiting Staff

We are looking for experienced waiting staff for our busy restaurant.
Ideally, potential applicants must have the following skills/attributes:
- At least one year of experience in a restaurant environment
- First-rate communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Charisma, confidence and energy for life
- Passion about great food and wine
- Immaculate presentation
- A hard working and positive attitude
